Digital Microsite - Insurance Agent Groups

Overview:

This microsite was part of a series of small websites created for groups of insurance agents. The goal was to provide them a landing page with all the information necessary to work efficiently with clients and their partnered upstream agency.

Role:

Led the redesign of disorganized landing pages into a cohesive, multi-page microsite system for seven insurance agent groups. Responsible for UX structure, visual design, and the development of a scalable layout framework adaptable across multiple partners.

Approach:

Audited existing landing pages to identify inconsistencies in structure, navigation, and content hierarchy across agent sites. Reorganized content into a clear multi-page framework to improve usability and information flow. Developed a consistent layout system, typography, and visual patterns to ensure clarity and brand alignment. Created flexible page templates that could be replicated and customized across seven agent group microsites.

Outcome:

Delivered a unified microsite system across seven agent groups, improving clarity and consistency of the digital experience. The redesigned structure received strong positive feedback from internal stakeholders and agent partners. The improved usability and visual organization led to increased interest from non-partnered agents, some of whom requested their own microsites after viewing the redesign. The project established a scalable foundation for future partner web experiences.
